Refund policy

We are not responsible for parcels that are lost, damaged or stolen in transit. Once your item has left our hands it is out of our control.

If your tracking number says delivered, but you can't find your parcel, contact the shipping provider first, as they will be able to provide more assistance than we can.

All sales are final. We are not obligated to provide returns for change of mind or fit. We provide detailed and accurate measurements and descriptions of each item. Please choose carefully and review the provided details and photos before purchasing.

We offer a 30-day return window (from the day you received the item), If your item arrives with a major fault that was not disclosed by us in the description and/or photographs. Return requests will be reviewed by us, and we reserve the right to reject a return request if we deem any flaws to have been sufficiently disclosed.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.

In the event of a return due to a fault, we will send you a return label to affix to your parcel and then send back to us. Once we receive your item, you will be notified, and issued with a refund via whichever payment method used to place the order.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be sent back to you.
